Job Summary

The Mission

At Celotti Tech Talent we are moving away from the broker mindset of traditional recruitment to become Talent Infrastructure Partners. As we launch our Singapore branch we need a Delivery Lead who can translate complex AI leadership needs into high-performance team builds. You will be the guardian of our Win-Win ecosystem ensuring we eliminate Hiring Debt through precision and retention.

The Role: Architect of Delivery

You are the Engine Room of the Pod. You will own the entire lifecycle of the recruitment project managing the interface between our Singapore-based clients and our offshore technical research team.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Lead Technical Intake sessions with CTOs and Business Heads to map out talent requirements and cultural integration.
Offshore Team Leadership: Manage and mentor 12 offshore Technical Researchers ensuring high-quality talent mapping and data integrity.
Project Governance: Oversee the 3-step delivery process (Mapping Vetting Integration) maintaining the strict milestones of our fixed-fee model.
Quality Assurance: Conduct final technical and cultural vetting to ensure every candidate presented matches our high-retention standards.

Who You Are

Experience: Proven track record in recruitment delivery project management or talent operations specifically within the Tech/AI space.
Leadership: Experience (or a strong desire) in managing offshore or remote teams to drive consistent output.
Process-Driven: You love building Systems. You prefer predictable frameworks over reactive spray-and-pray recruitment.
Technical Literacy: Ability to hold your own in conversations about Data Science Machine Learning and Engineering leadership
