Are you a seasoned credit professional with strong leadership ability and deep analytical expertise We are recruiting a Corporate Credit Analyst Team Leader to oversee a team of credit analysts drive quality credit assessments and support strategic decisionmaking across the Asset Finance division.

Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee deal origination with involvement in predeal discussions structuring and allocation of resources
Ensure preparation of highquality credit applications and support analysts with complex presentations to credit committees
Analyse financial statements market trends industry dynamics and ensure full compliance with credit policies and regulatory standards
Build strong crossfunctional relationships across Credit Front Office and Legal
Manage postapproval implementation including liaison with compliance & legal on conditions of sanction
Provide training onboarding and performance support for new and existing team members
Participate in client visits alongside portfolio managers
Assist with adhoc data cleanups and creditrelated projects

Qualifications & Experience
BCom degree with Finance and/or Accounting
Postgraduate qualifications advantageous (CA CFA CIMA MBA)
35 years experience in credit risk management within the commercial or corporate sector
Familiarity with the National Credit Act

Skills
Strong financial statement analysis ability
Excellent understanding of financial ratios used in credit analysis
Strong credit analytical financial and business acumen
