ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patent searches and analyze prior art to determine patentability
- Draft and file high-quality patent applications with the relevant patent offices
- Prepare responses to office actions and communicate effectively with patent examiners
- Collaborate closely with inventors and technical teams to understand inventions and draft accurate patent specifications
- Manage and maintain the patent portfolio including tracking deadlines and renewals
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on patent-related matters
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- 3-6 years of experience with Intellectual Property with a focus on patents and trademarks.
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations.
- Experience in conducting patent searches and analyzing prior art.
