Job Summary
Location:Glasgow City Centre
Hours:35 hours per week
Working pattern:Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (flexible across business hours 8am-6pm)
Hybrid Working:Generally2 days in office (more office attendance as required)
Salary:Attractive(dependent on experience)

The Role
Were on the lookout for a Business Analyst to join our team on a fixed term basis as we enter a critical phase of a transformational change for the business.
What the Role is all about:
As part of our programme management team you will be an integral part of the successful delivery of transformation projects across the business.
You will work closely with senior business stakeholders end users and technology teams in both an Agile and Waterfall methodology.
- Were on the lookout for candidates with strong experience as a business analyst and able to evidence:
- A proven record of both business and technology change delivery
- Experience of working within a programme/project management delivery framework
- Strong stakeholder and relationshipmanagement at all levels
- Good knowledge of IT packages including but not limited to:
- Word
- PowerPoint
- Excel and;
- Visio/Enterprise Architect.
Along with the desired technical skills having motivated and enthusiastic colleagues is important to us. The successful candidate for this roll will be:
- An effective communicator
- Good trouble shooting and problem solving skills
- Be self-motivated and able to collaborate with others
- Be able to manage and prioritise a varied workload;
- And keen to develop within their role
While it is not essential for this role we are keen to hear from applicants who have had experience working with a finance function or supporting in the delivery of finance related projects.
