The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Scaled Engineering Services team you lead cross-functional teams manage client engagements and drive the successful delivery of technology projects. As a Manager you inspire and guide teams towards achieving program goals while leveraging your project and program management skills to deliver exceptional results. This role offers the chance to take ownership of projects mentor junior staff and navigate a dynamic environment filled with opportunities for growth and learning.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project management and execution for software engineering initiatives
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to confirm alignment on project goals
- Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights for project improvement
- Establish and maintain exemplary standards for quality and timelines

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering
- 12 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
