Job Summary

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong construction oversight skills; 8 years of construction field supervision experience in multi-cultural teams.
  • NPP or Nuclear-related construction experience is required.

Special Job Requirements

  • Ability to analyze communicate influence and persuade.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential understanding of Russian is a plus.
  • Proactive team player proven to be effective in a multi-cultural environment.

You will provide structural engineering services to Worley and its customers including technical support and supervision within the structural engineering team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitors construction of NPPs and associated structures; develops comments pertaining to non-compliance with design
  • Supports the Client in Civil Construction Site Inspections
  • Participates in safety environmental and hazard assessments
  • Reviews comments and prepares drafts of client correspondence pertaining to site construction
  • Reports on project performance against the baseline plan
  • Assists in ensuring that no technical changes are implemented without prior approval as per EPC contract procedure and regulatory requirements
  • Represents Worley at internal & external meetings on the project
  • Reviews as-built documentation for completeness as per EPC contract requirements and applicable standards
