Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in this role you will manage and grow key partner accounts develop strategic plans and serve as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams.
The ideal candidate is relationship-oriented analytical and experienced in performance-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key partner accounts
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue and long-term partnerships
- Serve as the main point of contact between partners and internal teams
- Maintain regular communication with partners to understand their goals and needs
- Propose tailored solutions and manage account-related requests
- Oversee the execution of campaigns and promotions
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns to ensure strong results
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure partner satisfaction and long-term retention
Requirements:
- Account management skills including relationship management and strategic planning
- Experience in affiliate marketing / iGaming / performance marketing advantage
- Experience in sales business development or client-facing roles
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
- Basic analytical skills and attention to detail
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field advantage
