The Role
As an IT Technician you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the schools IT infrastructure ensuring staff and students have reliable access to technology. You will work closely with the Network Manager and senior leadership team to provide effective technical support across the school.
You will ensure that hardware software and network systems are functioning efficiently while supporting the integration of digital technologies into classrooms and administrative areas.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line and second-line technical support to staff and students
Maintain hardware including desktops laptops printers and interactive screens
Support network systems user accounts and permissions
Assist with installation and configuration of software and equipment
Ensure safeguarding and data protection protocols are followed

Relevant IT qualification or equivalent experience
Experience working in an IT support role (school experience desirable)
