You will work closely with teachers pastoral staff and leadership to implement strategies that promote a safe inclusive and focused learning environment.
Key aspects of the role include supporting students who require additional guidance mentoring pupils at risk of disengagement and contributing to whole-school behaviour initiatives.
Experience working in schools or youth-focused settings desirable
Strong communication interpersonal and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff and students
Understanding of behaviour management strategies and pastoral support
