Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Legal & Contract Support Specialist to support our clients commercial operations through expert contract review and legal guidance. This role is primarily responsible for reviewing drafting and redlining customer agreements to ensure legal compliance mitigate risk and protect organizational interests.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in contract law excellent judgment and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to cross-functional stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment and is seeking a remote role within a growing organization. This is a hybrid och remote role in Sweden.
Key Responsibilities
Review draft and redline customer contracts and related commercial agreements
Identify legal risks and propose practical business-oriented solutions
Ensure contractual compliance with applicable laws regulations and internal policies
Collaborate with Sales Finance and other internal teams to address contractual and legal matters
Provide clear actionable legal guidance to internal stakeholders
Support continuous improvement of contract templates and processes
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote setting
Sound professional judgment and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting a SaaS or technology-driven organization
Familiarity with international contracting practices
Law degree or relevant legal certification within the EU/EEA or United States
