Job Summary:
- Serve as a DealCloud Consultant for a leading Private Equity firm supporting CRM optimization for fundraising and investor relations.
- Perform comprehensive assessment of the firms current DealCloud platform configuration.
- Evaluate and analyze data models workflow automations reporting/dashboards and UI alignment with business processes.
- Identify platform inefficiencies gaps and underutilized features.
- Provide strategic recommendations and best practices tailored to private equity needs.
- Present findings and a detailed improvement roadmap to stakeholders.
- (If required) Execute hands-on reconfiguration and enhancements of the DealCloud platform.
- Collaborate with client teams conveying technical insights to both technical and business audiences.
- Work independently in a remote consulting capacity.
- Leverage expertise in DealCloud CRM implementations and private equity industry standards.
