Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead cross-functional teams in equipment start-up process qualification and production line industrialization
- Develop and execute project timelines to meet customer and business requirements
- Oversee data collection experimentation and adjustment of equipment parameters
- Drive process improvements including variability reduction defect reduction and throughput optimization
- Facilitate root cause problem solving and implementation of corrective actions
- Develop and maintain standard work documentation (SOPs SOS Job Aids Training Materials) and ensure safety compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Mechanical Materials or Industrial Engineering
- 7 years of experience as a project manager or team leader for process engineering teams in a manufacturing plant
- Demonstrated success leading and completing manufacturing projects
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills based on data
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and plant leadership
