Mobile HVAC Engineer
Location: Raleigh NC (Mobile role supporting surrounding area)
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Mobile HVAC Engineer to support multiple client sites across the Raleigh this role youll be responsible for the operation maintenance and continuous improvement of HVAC and building systems to ensure safe reliable and efficient performance.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC/R electrical plumbing and mechanical systems
Inspect and maintain HVAC fire/life safety lighting temperature controls and critical systems
Respond to service requests and after-hours emergencies as needed
Complete facility inspections and report conditions impacting operations
Use CMMS (e.g. Corrigo) to document work and manage work orders
Ensure compliance with safety standards codes and company procedures
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license
EPA Universal CFC Certification (Section 608)
4 years of experience in building engineering with strong HVAC/R expertise
Working knowledge of electrical systems plumbing BAS and fire/life safety systems
Experience using CMMS platforms
Preferred Qualifications
NATE RSES or manufacturer HVAC certifications
Experience in commercial or multi-tenant facilities
Knowledge of energy management systems and building controls
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
