Job Summary

Title- Linux Admin / Infrastructure Engineer

Location- Plano TX- Fully Onsite From Day-1

Type- Contract- 12 Months

Mode of Interview- In-Person Interview

Required skills and experience:

5 years administering RHEL/Rocky Linux: managing systemd users permissions processes logs storage (LVM XFS) networking and troubleshooting.
Proficient in server monitoring (Nagios) RHEL package management (yum/dnf) RPM builds BASH and Perl scripting.
Working knowledge of LDAP (NSS/PAM/SSSD) and Sendmail/SMTP.
Experience maintaining Oracle MySQL and/or PostgreSQL: upgrades backup/restore client connectivity health monitoring.
Comfortable in Azure environment (VMs storage networking IAM etc.).
Supporting/upgrading Atlassian Jira and Confluence applications.
Managing version control and SDLC systems (GitLab Gerrit Jenkins Nexus).
Knowledgeable in security best practices: least privilege patching SSH hardening TLS/certificates.
