About the Role

This role is for someone who is sharp reliable and deeply cares about getting things right. As a Finance Operations Manager at Cleanhub youll support the day-to-day financial operations that keep the organization running smoothly. You dont need a formal finance background - what matters most is integrity accuracy and the ability to think clearly and work carefully. You are proactive and actively help the organization improve every day.

What Youll Do

Reconcile payments across multiple platforms and payment providers
Handle finance-related customer requests (invoices payments clarifications)
Prepare and maintain regular financial reports
Support monthly and annual bookkeeping preparation
Set up and maintain contracts for suppliers HR
Ensure financial data is clean accurate and well-documented
Project audits and reporting
Cash collection and Dunning oversight

Requirements

What Were Looking For

Around 2 years of relevant experience (finance operations accounting support business operations or similar)
Very high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong sense of integrity ownership and responsibility
Proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes and ways of working
Comfortable working with numbers systems and spreadsheets
Clear communicator who enjoys supporting others
