Job Summary
9 DDC5E Summary: As an Application Lead you will lead the effort to design build and configure applications acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met addressing any challenges that arise and providing guidance to team members to foster a productive work environment. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives ensuring that the applications developed meet the needs of stakeholders effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).- Strong understanding of database design and optimization techniques.- Experience with application development lifecycle methodologies.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.- Familiarity with integration of applications with other systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full time education is required
