Pay Rate: $20 $25/hour

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Handyman / General Renovation Technician to handle a variety of renovation and construction-related

tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in both interior and exterior renovation work including structural and roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform interior house renovation work (drywall framing flooring painting carpentry etc.)
Assist with structural dormer room construction
Carry out roof work including repairs and minor installations
Handle exterior wall work including siding and finishing
Follow all workplace safety standards and procedures
Ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of tasks

Requirements:

4 5 years of proven experience as a handyman or renovation technician
Strong knowledge of interior and exterior renovation work
Experience in dormer construction and roofing is a strong asset
Must have own safety shoes and safety glasses
Must have workplace safety training and workplace safety insurance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

Carpentry and framing
Roofing and exterior finishing
Basic plumbing or electrical knowledge (asset)
