Job Description
Value Technology is looking for experienced Oracle Cloud HCM OTL (Time & Labor) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the implementation configuration and support of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Time and Labor modules with cross-functional exposure to other Oracle HCM modules and the ability to work closely with HR and business stakeholders in an onsite client environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design configuration and implementation of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor (OTL).
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to time entry time calculation schedules and approvals.
- Configure time categories time rules formulas schedules and approval workflows.
- Support absence integration with Time and Labor for accurate leave and accrual processing.
- Participate in end-to-end Oracle Cloud Time and Labor full life-cycle implementations including design build test deployment and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with Core HR Payroll Benefits and Absence Management teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Perform data migration validation and reconciliation activities for Time and Labor data.
- Support UAT defect triage and resolution related to OTL functionality.
- Assist with Time and Labor-related reports extracts and integrations.
- Provide post-production support enhancements and continuous improvements.
- Prepare functional documentation configuration workbooks and training materials.
- Act as the OTL SME providing guidance to business users and project teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM with strong emphasis on Time and Labor (OTL).
- Oracle Certification in Time and Absence / Time and Labor modules (mandatory).
- Experience in minimum 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud Time and Labor implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience configuring Oracle Cloud OTL.
- Solid understanding of workforce timekeeping scheduling and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Cross-Functional Exposure (Required)
- Functional exposure and integration experience with other Oracle HCM modules including:
- Core HR (Global HR)
- Payroll
- Absence Management
- Benefits
- Compensation
- Experience working with technical teams on integrations reports and data conversions.
Preferred Skills
