Location: Richardson TX (Need Local to TX)

Job Description
Position Summary
Design implement and maintain Confluent Kafka environments across cloud (GCP preferred) and on-premises platforms. Build scalable real-time data streaming architectures for high-volume processing and analytics. Ensure reliable secure high-performance infrastructure in mission-critical enterprise settings.
Key Requirements
6 years Apache Kafka (Confluent preferred with RBAC) Required
4 years Confluent Cloud deployments Required
3 years hands-on Confluent Cloud (connectors ksqlDB/streams consumers/producers in high-volume envs with cross-DC replication) Required
6 years on-premises Kafka (brokers ZooKeeper connectors ksqlDB/streams consumers/producers with cross-DC replication) Required
6 years cloud (GCP preferred) Required
8 years Linux/Unix admin Required
6 years enterprise production with HA/DR Required
6 years performance tuning/optimization Required
6 years TCP/IP networking Required
6 years security (auth authz compliance) Required
6 years Unix scripting/automation Required
Roles & Responsibilities

Write clean scalable code using best practices for streaming architectures and CI/CD.
