Job Title: SAP S/4HANA PP/MM Functional (Testing & Validation)
Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated SAP S/4HANA PP/MM Test Analyst to support validation of global template designs and ensure end-to-end Plan and Source processes function as designed within S/4HANA. This role will focus on test script development execution and validation using appropriate security roles and business personas.
Responsibilities
- Support Plan and Source business processes within SAP S/4HANA ensuring alignment with global template and To-Be process designs.
- Review Global Template / To-Be process documentation and translate business requirements into clear executable test scripts.
- Develop document and maintain functional and end-to-end test scenarios for Plan and Source processes.
- Execute dry-run testing in SAP S/4HANA using appropriate personas and security roles to validate process usability and access.
- Validate that test scripts execute successfully end-to-end and accurately reflect real-world business scenarios.
- Identify document and track defects access issues and process gaps; collaborate with functional and technical teams to drive resolution.
- Ensure test coverage supports downstream integrations and cross-functional impacts.
- Provide testing status updates risks and findings to test leads and stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Plan processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Source (Procure-to-Pay / Sourcing) processes.
- Proven experience reviewing Global Template and To-Be process designs.
- Strong experience in test script creation and execution within SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience executing tests using role-based access and business personas.
- Solid understanding of SAP security concepts as they relate to functional testing.
Preferred skills:
- Experience supporting global SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts.
- Familiarity with SAP test management tools (e.g. ALM qTest Jira).
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced cross-functional environments.
