Job Summary

Role Overview
The CHRO will define and execute the companys entire people strategy building scalable HR
systems strengthening organizational culture and ensuring alignment between business goals and
workforce capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy.
- Align people strategy with business strategy.
- Workforce planning for scaling operations.
- Partner with CXOs for capability building.
- Build leadership bench for succession & continuity.
2. Organisation Design & Structure
- Design and maintain a scalable organisation structure aligned with business growth.
- Lead organisation restructuring and change management initiatives.
- Define clear roles reporting lines and accountability across all functions.
- Drive transition from founder-led to system-driven organization.
- Lead workforce and leadership planning for current and future scale.
- Build strong middle-management and plant leadership structures.
2. Talent Acquisition & Management
- Lead hiring for artisans engineers and leadership roles.
- Design high-volume hiring processes.
- Implement competency mapping and succession planning.
3. Organizational Development & Culture
- Build a performance-driven and values-based culture.
- Develop training programs for all workforce levels.
- Drive cultural transformation aligned with automation and ERP adoption.
4. Compensation Benefits & HR Policies
- Develop competitive salary structures.
- Implement appraisal systems and reward frameworks.
- Ensure statutory compliance.
5. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Strengthen employee relations and grievance systems.
- Oversee health safety and welfare initiatives.
6. HR Operations & Digital Transformation
- Implement modern HR systems integrated with ERP.
- Create dashboards for workforce analytics.
- Define SOPs for all HR processes.
7. Industrial Relations & Compliance
- Manage IR and liaise with authorities.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory frameworks.
8. Leadership Development & Training
- Build leadership programs for managers and supervisors.
- Set up learning academies for artisans and machine operators.
