Job Summary

Job Title: Facilities Manager (IBM Tririga/Maximo Projects v10 - 12yrs)

Location: Austin TX (Hybrid -Local candidates only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Mandatory Qualifications

Experience serving as a Facilities Manager.
Experience contracting on IBM TRIRIGA and/or IBM Maximo products for at least one contract engagement.
Hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA Projects Version 10.
Strong understanding of facilities operations asset management space management and maintenance processes.
Ability to manage vendor contracts service agreements and facilities-related projects.
Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience serving as a Workplace Reservation Manager.
Experience as a Real Estate Manager.
Experience with space planning lease administration and portfolio management.
Knowledge of workplace management solutions and reservation systems.
Familiarity with enterprise asset management systems and facilities reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Oversee facilities management operations ensuring efficient maintenance space utilization and compliance with organizational standards.
Manage and support IBM TRIRIGA/Maximo implementations configurations and ongoing enhancements.
Administer and support TRIRIGA Projects Version 10 including configuration troubleshooting and optimization.
Coordinate vendor contracts and service providers to ensure quality performance and compliance.
Monitor facilities-related projects budgets and timelines.
Support workplace reservation and real estate management functions as needed.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and align facilities solutions with business needs.
Prepare reports and dashboards related to facilities operations asset performance and space utilization.
