Job Summary
B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with 7 to 10 years of Automotive2W / 4 wheeler Tractor and Manufacturing industry experience as SQE engineer.
On-time execution of APQP and PPAP activities as per the plan.
Experience of Supplier identification supplier development and New Part development.
Follow up with suppliers in Part development in a timely manner.
Review the PPAP documentation and co-ordinate with the supplier for timely closure of the findings.
Conduct onsite/remote Supplier onboarding Process and Product audits.
Analyze quality issues work on RCA and corrective actions closure.
Knowledge of PPAP Supplier Audit 7QC Tool 8D SPC Gauge R&R etc.
MS EXCEL - expert level
Knowledge of Minitab EtQ Reliance and other quality tools.
