Job Summary
description:
Provides psychosocial assessments diagnosis and treatment as well as discharge planning to and consultation about patients and families to assist them and the health care team in coping with patients hospitalization illness diagnosis treatment and/or life situation including emotional mental and substance abuse disorders. Functions in a supervisory role as a team leader.

Day shift/ Need to have someone who has Acute Hospital Care experience and be familiar with MediCal and and Work Experience:Masters Degree in social work: RequiredOne year experience in an acute or long term medical setting: RequiredTwo years experience in an acute or long term medical setting: PreferredLicenses/Certifications:Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in state of practice: Required
