Job Description:
The Helpdesk Data Entry Analyst at the client plays a critical role in supporting public health initiatives by ensuring accurate and timely data entry while providing exceptional customer service.
This position serves as a key link between technology and end-users assisting healthcare providers public health staff and other stakeholders in resolving system-related issues.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in data entry customer service and attention to detail to maintain clean reliable health data. The role requires excellent communication skills problem-solving abilities and a commitment to supporting public health systems and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from healthcare providers public health agencies and internal users regarding immunization records and system functionality.
- Investigate and resolve duplicate patient records and incorrect merges in the immunization registry.
- Utilize data tools and matching algorithms to identify and correct data integrity issues.
- Document all support interactions in the ticketing system and maintain accurate logs.
- Provide guidance to users on best practices for data entry and record management.
- Assist in testing system updates and enhancements.
