Job Summary

1. D365 SCM Lead (Supply Chain Management)/Remote

Day-to-Day Job Duties (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management across modules such as Inventory Procurement & Sourcing Manufacturing Warehouse and Logistics.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand supply chain processes and translate them into scalable D365 SCM solutions.
Drive solution design configuration data migration integrations and deployment activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance Operations IT QA) to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
Provide functional leadership to consultants review designs and ensure adherence to best practices.
Support pre-sales activities including solution walkthroughs effort estimations and proposal inputs.
Lead UAT training go-live support and post-implementation stabilization.

Basic Qualifications (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)
Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain processes with 5 years working on D365 SCM implementations.
Strong hands-on experience with D365 SCM modules (Inventory Procurement Warehouse Production).
Minimum 3 years of experience leading or mentoring functional teams.
Experience with integrations data migration and supply chain transformations.
Exposure to pre-sales estimations and client-facing solution design is preferred.

Degree
Bachelors degree in Engineering Supply Chain Operations Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
