负责管理区域内新零售连锁药店总部分部岗位主要目标是通过全渠道资源整合精细化运营与生态化合作构建线上线下协同数据驱动决策用户深度绑定的新零售体系最终达成年度销售与财务目标扩大品牌市场份额同时优化现有渠道结构解决渠道冲突与效率痛点提升渠道覆盖广度与运营深度搭建长期稳定的商品-渠道-用户良性生态为区域新零售业务的可持续增长提供核心支撑

主要工作职责

制定年度客户联合生意计划JBP并达成业务目标

在公司政策和要求下制定和执行区域内新零售重点连锁客户的客户管理和销售策略以实现区域内销售额目标和客户满意度

执行品牌活动

协助组织和推动针对新零售客户的品牌推广活动协调内部资源确保活动的顺利落地提高品牌知名度确保活动成功实施并提升品牌影响力和销售业绩

对接OTO/BTC活动落地

负责协调和落实客户的线上到线下OTO/BTC活动确保活动的顺利执行和预期效果的达成

实施销售战略

在直线经理的指导下协助制定和执行具体的客户销售战略明确销售目标与关键绩效指标

管理客户关系和合同

维护与本地新零售连锁药店的关系处理合同谈判签署及执行确保合同条款的有效履行

跨部门协作

与市场销售财务等部门紧密合作整合资源落实销售策略确保公司政策的实施

监控销售数据和市场表现

定期分析区域内客户销售数据和市场表现提出改进建议优化业务策略和活动效果

任职条件:

• 本科及以上学历
• 5年以上销售或客户管理经验有外资企业或大型企业经验者优先
• 了解商业和新零售操作的相关法律法规具备品牌活动管理
• 优秀的销售和客户管理能力
• 良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力
• 良好的逻辑思维和市场分析能力
• 良好的团队合作能力
• 良好的英语听说读写能力
• 熟练操作电脑和使用常用办公软件
