Mater Hospital Springfield is seeking applications forPhysiotherapistTeamLead(HP5) to join us in aPermanent Full-timecapacity. Based at our Springfield campusthis is a career-defining opportunity in a dynamic patient-focused environment. This role will be part of a landmark moment in Queensland healthcare at Mater Hospital Springfield opening early 2026. As Maters first new public hospital in over 60 years this state of the art facility will meet the needs of the growing Greater Springfield region. With 174 public beds ICU maternity emergency and surgical services its set to care for over 200000 patients annually.
The Physiotherapy department will service both public and private patients across the co-located Mater Hospital Springfield and Mater Private Hospital Springfield. The physiotherapy department will service a range of specialties such as ICU medical surgical maternity NICU paediatrics emergency and outpatients.
Salary range: $73.12 - $76.30 (HP5) per hour plus superannuation andaccess to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15900access to many staff benefits!
What youll be doing
As thePhysiotherapistTeam Leader you will combine advanced clinical practice with leadership and service development responsibilities to deliver high-quality patient-centred care across Mater Springfield.
You will guide and support a dedicated team of physiotherapists and physiotherapy assistants to provide safe innovative and efficient clinical services aligned with Maters mission vision and values.
