The Role

We are seeking an organised individual who is highly motivated and works well independently in a fast-paced environment as well as within a team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within our Global Translations Team reviewing the Spanish translations of our global solutions. The reviews will be done through a Translation Software ( Phrase). The candidate must be bilingual Spanish and English

Responsibilities

• Review Translated documents from English to Spanish and vice versa.
• Internalize/contextualize the translations for all the BTS language and terminology.
• Effectively communicating with internal stakeholders clients and colleagues to ensure high quality translated materials.
• Work with colleagues from global translations teams to create best practices and processes and build knowledge .
• Other ad hoc tasks as required.

Necessary skills

• Writing and Drafting Skills.
• Native Spanish Speaker.
• English proficiency level required.
• Experience with Translations AI Platforms. Knowledge in Phrase is a plus.
• Experience working in digital platforms.
• In possession of excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - and confidence in dealing with people
• Experience using Microsoft Office is required (Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint).
• Independent a quick learner and comfortable taking on responsibility.

• Highly organised and flexible: pro-active; always a step ahead and on top of tasks at hand; communicates needs instructions and decisions clearly both verbally and in writing
