The Senior Product Manager is responsible for driving product strategy development and lifecycle management of pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) label products. What you will do

Product Strategy & Portfolio Management

• Develop and executeproduct strategy and roadmapaligned with company business objectives
• Define product positioning value propositions and differentiation versus competitors
• Monitor product performance margins and market trends to optimize portfolio

Market & Customer Insight

• Conductmarket research competitive analysis and customer needs assessment
• Work closely with Sales and key customers to identify new application opportunities
• Translate market and customer requirements into clear product specifications
• Support key accounts with technical and commercial product solutions

Product Development

• Drive cross-functional teams for new product development
• Coordinate product testing and validation with customers

Commercial & Sales Support

• Support Sales teams withproduct training technical documentation and sales tools
• Participate in industry events customer meetings product presentations and technical discussions
• Provide input on pricing strategies cost analysis and profitability improvement
• Support launch activities including marketing materials and go-to-market plans

Operational & Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Operations to ensure manufacturability and supply continuity
• Coordinate with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with standards
• Act as the key interface between commercial teams and technical/manufacturing teams

Who you are

• You have bachelors degree in Chemistry Engineering Materials Science Commerce Packaging or related field. Postgraduate qualification is an advantage
• You have minimum 58 years of experience in product management technical marketing. Strong experience in pressure sensitive adhesive labels label printing packaging materials or related industries such as flexible packaging. Proven track record in new product development and product lifecycle management especially for prime papers and films
• You have solid understanding of label applications such as industrial automotives electronics home appliances. Understanding of dominant products quality standards required accreditations and regulatory requirements
• You have stronganalytical and strategic thinkingskills
• You have excellentcommunication and stakeholder managementabilities
• You are able to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
• You have commercial mindset with good understanding of costs margins and pricing
• You have customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
• You are proficient in English (spoken and written). Cantonese is an advantage
• You are willing to travel locally and regionally as required
