Job Summary

A small and growing property management firm is seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service / Office Assistant to support daily operations in an in-office setting. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone who is comfortable on the phone enjoys helping people and is looking for long-term growth into an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant role.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Answer tenant calls and manage front-facing communication

  • Respond to and resolve basic tenant inquiries professionally

  • Assist with rent collection and related follow-ups

  • Support small administrative and office projects

  • Help ensure smooth daily office and property operations

  • Provide general office and clerical support

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Comfortable speaking on the phone with tenants and vendors

  • Patient professional and reliable

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Basic administrative or office experience preferred

  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
