Senior IT Manager Business Solutions Supply ChainPay Rate: $152900 - $203800Multiple factors including Individual experience skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay Salaried Full-Time (Hybrid)About The Role:Global Cellulose Fibers (GCF) is seeking an experienced IT Senior Manager to lead global supply chain applications as the business transitions to independent IT operations. This role serves as Service Owner responsible for strategy delivery and performance across a complex application initiatives include a migration of SAP systems out of a transition service agreement the transition of a homegrown MES system from the legacy IP organization to GCF and third-party providers and the evaluation and implementation of services enabled by AMS/MSP partners to support TSA exit scalability and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will develop and execute IT strategy aligned with global supply chain objectives ensuring operational excellence across a large portfolio of applications supporting 7 sites 3000 users and a $610MM annual budget. Strategic Leadership & Service OwnershipDevelop and execute a transition plan to establish independent IT services using internal and third-party as the Service Owner for supply chain applications accountable for the full lifecycle: strategy design transition operations and continuous and maintain a strategic roadmap for application modernization aligned with business Partnership EnablementEvaluate identify and implement services enabled by third-party AMS/MSP service scope performance expectations and governance AMS/MSP capabilities into GCFs IT operating Transformation & Platform EvaluationLead the planning and execution of a short-term TSA exit approach and a multi-year transition from ECC APO SCEM and CRM to SAPs modern digital supply chain solutions or alternative and compare SAP and competing solutions based on functionality cost scalability and business with stakeholders and vendors to define scope architecture and deployment Transition & Integration StrategyLead the transition of support and ownership for a homegrown MES system from IP to GCF and third-party MES system fit within GCFs future supply chain architecture and transformation continuity of MES operations and alignment with manufacturing site & Vendor EngagementCollaborate with business stakeholders to identify prioritize and deliver application relationships with external service providers to ensure delivery quality and Performance & GovernanceEstablish and monitor SLAs OLAs and KPIs to ensure service reliability and user incident problem and change management Improvement & InnovationUse analytics and feedback to drive service a culture of continuous improvement across service & Compliance ManagementOwn the financial performance of the service portfolio including budgeting forecasting and cost compliance with industry standards and regulatory LeadershipHire lead and develop a high-performing IT team with a service-oriented knowledge sharing and operational excellence across internal and external You: Knowledge Skills and Abilities 1015 years in systems related management application strategy or solution degree in IT Business or related field; advanced degree leadership in ERP solutions especially SAP ECC/APO/SCEM/CRM BW4-Hana Experience managing supply chain processes applications and transitioning legacy understanding of global supply chain operations including U.S. export logistics and international project management skills (Agile/Scrum preferred).Effective in vendor management contract negotiation and service communication stakeholder engagement and problem-solving understanding of MES systems software development infrastructure and acumen in budgeting forecasting and cost-benefit building and leading high-performing IT teams in lean Global Cellulose Fibers (GCF):Our GCF business helps customers transform renewable cellulose fibers into essential everyday products.
