SAP Commissions previously known as CallidusCloud Commissions is a cloud-based solution offered by SAP for managing sales incentive compensation. It helps companies streamline their sales compensation processes improve sales performance and motivate sales teams by automating commission calculations and providing transparency into incentive plans. Heres a more detailed explanation: What it does: Streamlines Incentive Compensation: SAP Commissions automates the calculation of commissions bonuses and other incentives based on predefined rules and performance data. Improves Sales Performance: By providing real-time visibility into performance and compensation it motivates sales teams to achieve their goals and align with company objectives. Reduces Errors and Overpayments: Automation minimizes manual errors and ensures accurate commission calculations reducing the risk of overpayments.
