Job Summary
As an Inside Sales Specialist in Cluj-Napoca you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of Technical & Commercial Proposals to our customers in Europe across various process industries (such as Life Sciences Chemical Energy Power and Renewables) within Emersons portfolio and support the sales teams in the pursuit of new business opportunities. This role requires the overall management of the proposal preparation and order booking process including sales & operations partners coordination and direct customer contact with the focus on winning more orders for the company!
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Ensuring understanding managing and satisfying each requirement or expectation from customers or companys stakeholders through remote communication or site visits;
- Taking ownership of the assigned Technical and Commercial Proposal and Order Booking scope delivery within Emerson Systems & Software Lifecycle Services portfolio following the standard process;
- Ensuring the innovative and cost-effective solutions are proposed;
- Proactively applying methodologies resources and techniques for minimizing the execution cost whilst maintaining the requisite schedule and quality;
- Ensuring stakeholders are proactively informed on the status or any challenges;
- Acquiring maintaining and actively sharing knowledge and experience with the team and the more comprehensive organization;
- Supporting on-the-job development of other Service Specialists;
- Taking other responsibilities or tasks including those related to Ethics and Information Security policies within the skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed. The business reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments in line with business requirements.

Bachelors degree preferably in Engineering field;
Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
Knowledge and understanding of other European languages represent a distinct advantage.
