Ecolab is seeking anAssembler Ito join our teamin Elk Grove Village this hands-on positionyoullcontribute to the reliability and performance of our systems by performing essential checks supporting re-manufacturing operations and ensuring every piece of equipment meets ourhigh standardsforsafety and help drive continuous improvement by using TPM(Total Productive Maintenance)tools and sharing insights that enhance efficiency and service.
HowYoullMake an Impact:
Assemble mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic components with precision ensuring every build meets exact specifications and supports operational excellence
Perform hydraulic and electrical checks to confirm equipment is functioning safely and reliably before it returns to service
Lead re-manufacturing tasksfrom disassembly and inspection to minor repairs and reassemblyrestoring equipment to peak condition
Follow process and specification sheets with accuracy and consistency setting the standard for quality and compliance
Complete labor reporting and recordkeeping with attention to detail ensuring transparency and accountability
Use TPM tools to drive improvements in safety efficiency and customer service while reducing operational costs
Communicate proactively about maintenance needs quality concerns or anything that couldimpactsafety or productivityensuring issues are addressed before they escalate
Keep leadership informed on daily activities and operational challenges contributing to a culture of openness and continuous improvement
Support the development of others byassistingin training teammates and sharing knowledge
Step in wherever needed to help the team meet its goals and deliver on shared commitments

Plant Location: Elk Grove Village IL
Work Week & Shift: Monday to Thursday 10 hour day shift

Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience
