Essential Responsibilities
Ability to follow written work instructions processes and procedures.
Perform visual and basic measurement inspections of parts subsequent to assembly steps.
Conduct functional tests using a variety of equipment to verify accuracy and functionality (e.g. electrical helium and leak tests).
Read and interpret dimensional measurements using tools such as calipers and scales and complete dimensional training to demonstrate proficiency.
Proficient in assembly processes including cutting stripping and crimping wire and operating test equipment.
Ability to work with hazardous materials and use a wide variety of hand and power tools as well as learn and use complex tools and equipment.
Hold certifications in high reliability soldering solder inspection and Class I and II weld inspection with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Qualifications/Requirements
One (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent assembly experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 25lbs

Internal workstation auditing
Previous experience in set-up and tear down
Basic trouble shooting experience in a manufacturing environment
