Location:San Juan Puerto Rico On-site

Hours: 25 hours per week

About the Role

We are seeking a junior-level operational support resource to assist with scheduling processing and delivering scoring reports for the CB-LATAM test administrations in Puerto Rico and Latin America. This role provides operational stability and the timely delivery of scoring results for both digital and traditional test addition to supporting day-to-day workflows the role will also contribute to streamlining operations by identifying inefficiencies troubleshooting recurring issues and recommending small process improvements. By learning our systems quickly and applying problem-solving skills the individual will help the team reduce delays improve accuracy and optimize the reporting process.

Responsibilities of the role

• Execute scheduling and operational workflows for scoring and reporting test administrations
• Process and deliver scoring reports accurately and on time
• Troubleshoot and resolve workflow or data issues independently
• Learn internal systems and processes quickly and adapt as needed

Qualifications needed for the role

• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Dependability and ability to work independently
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset
• Familiarity with CRM or workflow management systems
• Comfort with data workflows or reporting processes
• Intermediate Excel knowledge and willingness to learn more

Pay Rate: $20 per hr
