Position Summary:
The Associate Director Patient Support Services is responsible for managing the operations of the patient support program copay vendors field team support and project management within Hub addition this individual will have the ability to multitask prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities in a dynamic cross-functional teamwork environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of program launch and innovation within Hub services centered around patient experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the operations of the Hub program while supporting field-based roles with various stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to strategize for delivering a best-in-industry patient experience through appropriate patient support programs services educational materials and other tactics designed to assist with adherence and patient engagement.
Monitor volume trends and ensure adequate staffing is available to meet all patient service objectives and goals.
Manage project timeline/deliverables with all stakeholders while fostering collaboration and accountability.
Act as a primary contact and subject matter expert for Hub services and program vendors serving as a resource to all stakeholders. Experience with copay support programs is required.
Maintains a compliant patient-centric approach in all that we do.
Education/Experience Requirements:
Bachelors degree within Business Healthcare or Life Sciences discipline required. Equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience may be considered.
A minimum of 8 years relevant experience within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry in a variety of progressively responsible positions including at least 5 years of Hub Services
Program management vendor management and experience in a leadership role are required.
Specialty pharmaceutical nephrology rare disease REMs Clinical experience preferred.

Successful record of creating and leading complex project plans timelines budgets and critical paths.
Experience launching and supporting a Hub program(s) with multiple stakeholders.
Strong professional experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry preferably small molecule pharmaceuticals.
Well organized with the ability to multitask prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities in a dynamic cross-functional teamwork environment.
Excellent collaboration skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and manage complexity.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Ability to adapt to modification and changes to project plans demonstrating flexibility to implement new strategies and tactics to accommodate these changes.
Ability to travel (20%) domestic and internationally.
All positions have an essential job function to be able to perform face to face work with colleagues and/or onsite in San Diego. No role is expected to be 100% remote.
Travere will require proof of vaccination status to perform onsite face to face work or to become employed.

Target Base Pay Range:
$150000.00 - $195000.00*This information is current as of the date of this posting and may be modified in the future. Actual pay offered to a candidate will depend on a variety of factors including the candidates experience education skills and location.
