Were growing 3 year-over-year have hit multimillion ARR and process over 60 TB of GTM data monthly. Based at our San Francisco HQ we operate fully in-person move fast and hire people who are ready to win.
Your Mission
HockeyStack is growing fast with 3 revenue in the past year a breakout product and customers scaling just as quickly. Were hiring a Strategy and Operations Principal / Manager / Associate to support our Special Projects team. This is a high-impact highly visible role where youll help run core processes drive strategic initiatives and directly shape how we scale.
What Youll Do
Take on the companys highest-leverage problems across product operations strategy and go-to-market.
Own critical initiatives end-to-end: define the problem run deep analysis make clear recommendations and drive execution.
Operate with extreme range and ownership: Build and optimize scalable processes to continue HockeyStacks hyper-growth
Explore and define which projects the team should prioritize and set a timeline to reach goals quickly
What Were Looking For
Background in top-tier consulting investment banking or strategy (required)
Solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end
Ability to break complex problems into smaller ones
Low-ego high-output teammate who thrives in fast-paced unstructured environments
Proficient in working with data
Excited about in-person work 5 days per week in San Francisco

As part of our San Francisco California-based team the on-target earnings range for this role is $110000 $180000 USD annually depending on experience and qualifications.
