The IPTSE/Underbody PVT Champ will support the PVT Team on the day-to-day activities related to vehicle attributes and metrics ensuring overall quality performance for vehicles produced at HSAP. As a IPTSE/Underbody PVT Champ you will be responsible for learning quality metrics for both P758 & CX430 vehicles how to work with them report them and link them between manufacturing processes and design among other key responsibilities.
ResponsibilitiesMain responsibilities for the PVT Champ are to support:
- PVT Team on the analysis for quality issues in plant.
- Functional trials in line for IPTSE/Underbody.
- PVT Team to address and manage warranty calls.
- Creation and maintenance for the monthly warranty reports
- Static and dynamic vehicle evaluations.
- Technical and quality reviews with Ford D&Rs and Suppliers
QualificationsQualifications:
- English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Bachelor student of Electrical/Electronic/Mechanic/Industrial/Mechatronic Engineering or similar technical discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and verbal skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proactive and self-learner
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with Quality management and/or 6-sigma methodology
