ABC Classic is looking for a Senior Music Producer to lead our national music production team. This is a key leadership role where youll manage a talented national team of Music Producers and oversee the production of live and studio recordings ensuring the highest standards in audio quality and production processes. Youll be a natural communicator able to cultivate and encourage a culture of excellence within the team and to collaborate across divisions to deliver outstanding content for audiences nationwide.
Youll bring:
- Expert communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across ABC departments and with external stakeholders as required.
- Proven experience in team leadership and the ability to engage proactively with direct reports and embed a positive team culture.
- A deep and practical understanding of classical music and industry leading practices in recording and broadcasting.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and project management and overseeing or implementing complex systems and workflows.
- The availability to work some weekend or afterhours as required to support events and key content activities.
