Job Summary

Job description:

1. Function as an L1 support that handles calls emails and self-service tickets
2. Must be proactive and must be open to take on tasks that are essential for the growth of the account
3. Troubleshoot POS related concerns and other basic computer peripherals
4. Provide support for account related concerns (password resets distribution lists assigning of applications)
5. Must be amenable to shifting schedules and working on the weekends
6. Knowledge with Genesys Active Directory Microsoft office and ServiceNow is a plus
