Job Summary
Operations Analyst will be responsible for collection organization interpretation documentation and analysis of contracts or slips. The operations analyst will process data into system ensure accuracy create queries and reports for various duties that can involve underwriting support risk capture or bordereaux management for Lloyds Syndicate policies.
- Interpret data analyze results and process transactions in various systems in support of the following areas:
- Submission Clearance
- Lloyds Policy & Endorsement Issuance
- Other operations as needed
- Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately as per specifications
- Interact with local and onshore teams as required to complete deliverables
- Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution
- Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes as needed
Qualifications :
- Strong verbal/written communication with fluency in the English language
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Detail and quality minded
- Collaborative and team-oriented with ability to execute within an international team
- Basic to Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Flexible with changing requirements and ability to learn new processes quickly
- Basic understanding of insurance knowledge knowledge of London Market is desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly
- Strong analytical and data processing skills
- Experience in insurance and operational services industry is desirable
