Management Trainee Intern

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise youll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. Its a team-based environment; and throughout your internship your peers will be right by your side helping you learn grow and have fun.

This role is located in the Albuquerque area and is available for those in their senior year at a college/university graduating in May 2027 at the latest.

This internship pays $17.00/hour and is part-time working with flexibility for class schedule

• Must be a current Senior enrolled full time in a bachelors degree program with a graduation date between now & May 2027.

• Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (i.e. DUI/DWI) on your driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start in May.
• Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales customer service management or leadership.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week within our business hours
• Must live in the Albuquerque NM area or have plans to relocate prior to start date
