Job Summary

We are seeking a Scientific & Regulatory Affairs (SRA) Associate to support product quality consumer safety and regulatory compliance across our snacking portfolio. This role serves as a first-line technical resource supporting large-scale projects and ensuring all products meet North American regulatory and labeling requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure regulatory compliance through on- and off-pack approval of nutrition information

  • Review ingredient declarations and product claims for compliance with North American food regulations

  • Manage approved ingredient usage and packaging compliance for snack products

  • Support product registrations and maintain accurate compliance records

  • Monitor and assess regulatory and scientific developments impacting products and innovation

  • Support scientific research related to health nutrition and sustainability initiatives

  • Perform horizon scanning to identify emerging food safety and nutrition risks

  • Help develop internal scientific and regulatory standards policies and governance

  • Coordinate with R&D and business partners to ensure efficient execution

  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Food Science Biology Chemistry or related field

  • 1-2 years of regulatory experience (required)

  • CPG industry experience (Food Pharma Cosmetics or related)

  • Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset

  • Detail-oriented collaborative and solutions-focused

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Food Regulatory Affairs

  • Knowledge of North American labeling and ingredient safety requirements
