Job Summary

Job Title : Lead Solution Architect

Experience : 10-15 Years

Location : Bengaluru

Shift Timing : 8:00am to 5:00pm or 1.30pm to 10.30pm

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead architecture design and implementation of Azure cloud solutions ensuring scalability security and performance
Define and maintain the cloud technology roadmap aligned with business goals
Design complex cost-effective solutions integrating internal and third-party systems
Collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders to align architecture with operational needs
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
Ensure compliance with security regulatory and industry standards
Identify architectural risks and implement mitigation strategies
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovation opportunities
Support cloud migration modernization and optimization initiatives
Promote DevOps automation and cloud best practices

Requisites

Degree in Computer Science Engineering IT or related field
Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure architecture (IaaS PaaS SaaS)
Experience designing secure scalable multi-cloud environments
Experience in cloud strategy migration and modernization
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker Kubernetes etc.)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
Understanding of data integration and modern cloud ecosystems
Knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF or similar preferred)
Relevant cloud certifications preferred
