KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining the Coastal Engineering SharePoint
Maintaining the Business Development Presentation slides and Track Records
Assist in preparing project proposals.
Maintaining the Infiniti system (time logging for staff) for various Projects
Efficient document management such as filing of the documents for all Coastal Engineering Overseas projects into database.
Assist to prepare monthly progress claim for all overseas projects
Handle account payable function
Organising travel and accommodation for staff.
Handle staffs travelling expenses claim.
Organise team bonding events.
Support the supervision team in term of operation matters as and when required by the Team Leader/ Deputy Team Leader
Other administrative duties as assigned by the Team Leader/ Deputy Team Leader
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree
At least 3 yearsrelevant experience in office management.
Meticulous and attention to details
Ability to use MS Office.
Responsible proactive show initiative to learn and adapt to change
A good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
