Your role in action

Reporting to our Senior Manager Learning and Organisational Deveopment you will support key initiatives that build capability strengthen leadership and empower our people to grow. You will help deliver meaningful development experiences that shape a highperforming futureready workforce.

Lead coordination of talent reviews and support leadership development activity.

Drive capability assessments and track outcomes that support people growth.

Create development resources that uplift skills and enhance learning impact.

Support delivery of programs that build leadership confidence and capability.

Partner with teams to optimise talent processes and promote a growth mindset.

Your game changing qualities

You bring curiosity confidence and a passion for helping people grow. You thrive in fastmoving environments and bring strong judgement grounded insight and a collaborative approach to everything you do.

Experienced in learning organisational development talent or human resources advisory.

Strong capability supporting talent review cycles and leadership development.

Ability to deliver effective capability assessments that guide meaningful outcomes.

Proven ability to partner with stakeholders to embed development initiatives.

Strong communication and relationshipbuilding capability across diverse teams.

Tertiary qualification in business human resources or a related discipline.
