Position Overview
The Registered Nurse for Skilled Visits/Infusion provides high-quality home health clinical services to patients in their homes. We are seeking outgoing energetic and enthusiastic nurses who are passionate about patient-centered care.
Salary:$75000 annually
Visit Quota:25 visits
On-Call:Rotation required

What Youll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care based on each patients individualized Plan of Care
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the Director of Nursing and appropriate staff
- Educate and counsel patients and families throughout the care process
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation per local state and federal regulations
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
- Safely manage wound care/VAC therapy trach/vent (if applicable) infusions PICC lines and disease management
- Training provided if needed
- Perform skilled visit treatments as required
What Well Love About You
