Job Summary

Palmpay is looking for Risk Underwriters to join our growing team here in the Philippines!

Job Responsibilities

Review customer-submitted materials for mobile installment applications
Perform image and information verification in accordance with company policies
Identify potential risks or inconsistencies during the review process
Record and submit review results accurately and on time
Comply with internal procedures quality standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in image review KYC risk control or fraud-related roles
Familiar with document and facial verification processes
Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
Able to work efficiently in a rule-based process-driven environment
Experience in financial services lending BNPL or telecom industries is a plus
Immediate availability preferred
